Full-Time Benefits

Medical, Dental and Vision Plans
Landmark Media is interested in the health and well-being of its employees and offers medical and dental plans designed to keep eligible employees and their families healthy. Landmark Media offers the Premium Medical Plan and the Standard Medical Plan administered through Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. In addition, employees are offered dental coverage through Delta Dental and vision coverage through VSP. Employees become eligible to participate in the Medical, Dental and Vision Plans on the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Landmark offers two types of Flexible Spending Accounts for eligible employees: a Health Care Flexible Spending Account and a Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account. The Health Care Flexible Spending Account reduces taxable income to pay for eligible Health Care expenses within a Plan year. The Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account reduces taxable income to pay for eligible day care expenses within a Plan year. Employees are eligible to participate in the HCFSA and the DCFSA on the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

Long-Term Disability
The Company fully pays for the cost of its long-term disability plans that are designed to provide salary continuance in the event that eligible employees become disabled and are unable to work for a period beyond 120 days. The disability plans provide partial continuance of salary based on a percentage of the employee’s salary dependent upon length of service with the Company.

Group Life Insurance
The Company fully pays for Basic Life/AD&D Insurance (one times annual salary up to $50,000) and Business Travel Accident Insurance for full-time employees in case of an accident or death during business travel. We also provide eligible employees with opportunity for enrollment in the following life insurance plans: Supplemental Life/AD&D, Spouse Life/AD&D, and Child(ren) Life AD&D. Employees become eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

Wellness Program
The Company fully pays for the cost of a wellness program for all Full-time employees. The wellness program is a comprehensive system with chronic condition management, clinical outreach, biometric screenings, member health assessments and access to educational resources through a sophisticated member specific web portal.

Landmark Retirement Plus Plan (401(k))
The Landmark Retirement Plus Plan is designed to build employees’ financial assets for the future. Eligible new hires are automatically enrolled to contribute 3% of eligible pay. Auto enrollment continues each year until reaching 6% employee contribution unless the employee opts for a different option with the record keeper. You can change your contribution in .50% increments up to 50% of pay (15% for highly compensated employees). The company match is a maximum of 3.5% of salary.

Vacation
The purpose of vacation is to provide an employee with rest and relaxation each year so he/she can return to the job refreshed and enthusiastic about the work ahead. Additional pay will not be given for vacation days not taken. All Full‐time employees will operate under an accrual and use policy for weeks of vacation based upon years of service.  Accruals begin immediately upon hire, and new hires are eligible to take their accrued vacation time after 90 days of employment.

Sick Leave
Sick leave may be granted to a benefits eligible employee for an illness, injury, or disability that prevents the employee from being able to perform his or her job. No employee is automatically entitled to any predetermined amount of paid or unpaid sick leave. Paid sick time is at team leader discretion and will not exceed 40 hours in a rolling 12 months. 

Holidays/Personnal Days
Full-time employees immediately receive seven paid holidays, as well as a paid personnal days, upon hire. The holidays observed are: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Landmark Media fully pays the cost of an Employee Assistance Program available to all employees of the Company. The EAP is a completely confidential, professional service that offers counseling, information and support for all types of issues and problems in such areas as behavioral health, family and caregiving, physical health, wellness and more. Support is available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week by phone or online.

Legal Resources
Legal Resources is a voluntary benefit providing legal services to Pilot Media's employees and their dependents. The Legal Resources™ Plan is an affordable pre-paid legal plan that allows employees to select a full service law firm during the enrollment process and access to thousands of attorneys.

Pilot Media Perks
Pilot Media Perks offers steep discounts on a large variety of items, from restaurants to pet supplies. This benefit is provided to you free of charge. 

Tuition Reimbursement
Pilot Media sets aside a budgeted amount of dollars in the company's tuition reimbursement account each year. This is done to encourage eligible Pilot Media employees, through the pursuit of higher education, to develop skills fundamental to the realization of their optimum role at Pilot Media. Each eligible employee may apply for tuition assistance.

Identity Protection
Pilot Media offers discounted rates to Pilot Media's employees and their dependents.  LifeLock offers three ties of Identity Protection.

 

Part-Time Benefits

Personal Leave

Part-time employees are granted 20 hours of personal leave after each calendar year of employment they have worked 950 hours between January 1 to December 31 of previous year.
